Facilitation

People. Process. Progress!

Make stuff. Make stuff happen.

We facilitate workshops using the principles of collaborative design and experiential learning.

Drawing from 20+ years of experience with MG Taylor DesignShop™ Methodology, the Business Model Canvas, and Design-Thinking.

“Visual facilitation” uses visual aids such as diagrams, charts, mind maps, and drawings during meetings, workshops, or brainstorming sessions to enhance understanding, stimulate creativity, and facilitate problem-solving.

Techniques: Workshop participants actively create and capture key ideas, concepts, and discussions in real-time. They may use whiteboards, flip charts, digital tablets, or interactive software to represent the conversation as it unfolds visually.

Benefits: Active learning and co-creation help participants grasp complex concepts more quickly, encourage participation and engagement, foster creativity, and promote a shared understanding among team members.
